The Transport Truck Centennial

The Transport Truck Centennial Restoration continues on the Museum?s 1920 Transport Truck donated by Sam Staples. Over the winter, craftsmen at Overman Cushman Tires rebuilt one wooden wheel and retreaded both front wheels. Volunteers Sam Staples and David Prout made it all possible, transporting the heavy wheels between Mt. Pleasant and Canton, Ohio. The wheels will be reinstalled in mid-March, making our truck mobile again in time to celebrate its?s one hundredth birthday! Thanks Sam and Dave!
